severe right abdominal pains radiate into back and mid stomach with heartburn

"I've been having sharp pains or cramping with nausea &I heartburn on the right side of my abdomen that radiates to the center and into my back and nothing shows up on Ultrasounds. ER doctors write it off as GERD but my PCP seems to believe it's my gallbladder. My mom had the same symptoms when hers went bad while she was pregnant with me. I go tomorrow for a HIDA with CCK and I'm super anxious it's not going to show anything and it's going to be written off as nothing's wrong with me. I'm always nauseous. And it happens typically a bit after I eat. What do I do if they say every thing is normal? I'm 17 years old and this prevents me from getting to school, being social, and living a normal life.
