2 Diseases clashing making my life hell.

I have Familial Polyposis Coli and recently have been diagnosed with celiac disease. What can I eat that will help me add bulk back into my stole, so I am not going 20+ times a day? And now my spincture muscle hurts outrageously.
What could be causing this pain?

To treat the celiac, you need to be completely gluten free. So that means you need to take any and all products that contain wheat, rye and barley out of your diet. In some, they may also have to take out oats, too, because some people 'recognize' a certain sequence of amino acids in the oats as 'resembling the gluten/gliadin' in the wheat/rye/barley.

Also check to see if you cross-react to casein, the major protein in dairy. Many celiacs do and it can continue the GI-related problems.

Hopefully with a GF diet your bowel habits will change and you will be more comfortable.
