21 days of vomiting

I am a 40 year old male who has been vomiting for 21 days.  I cannot hold liquids or food down.  I was admitted to the hospital for 12 days.  They have done multiple tests including CT scan of the Abdomen, EGD, MRCP, US of the kidneys and numerous lab tests.  All tests have come back clear and negative.  They said that there is nothing else they can do and they sent me home.  I am still vomiting and dehydrated.  I still have right side pain.  I have low urine output and I am unable to have a bowel movement.  I had similar symptoms in 2004.  They ran every test on my gallbladder and was hospitalized for 2 weeks.  Every test was negative on my gallbladder.  Finally, they took it out and 2 days later I went home.  What should I do from here?  I have an appointment with my PCP in the morning. Can anyone help with this?

You had liver and pancreatic enzyme levels measured recently? Where is the pain located this time around? Are you bringing up any bile? Following a low fat diet? Any symptoms before the vomiting started? Before you found you couldn't have a bowel movement, what were you regular bowel habits? Any change in bowel movement color before this?

Dizzyness and lightheadedness and headache occasionally.  Vomiting food and liquids about 5 minutes after eating. No rashes or anything else....

Sooner, when you're throwing up, what are you bringing up? And how soon after eating? Any food intolerance issues in your family? Any celiac disease? Do you have any symptoms you're not mentioning - rashes, blotches, neuropathy, anything?
