46 days vomitting

my 15 year old son is still vomitting . At the moment he cannot keep 10ml of water down.
waiting  to get him into a State  run Clinic meantime providing he doesn't have drink  the vomiting is less frequent
but still running at 8  times a day other wise it could be anywhere up in the 30 times a day region.
The Drs still haven't done a endoscopy , gastro emptying test etc. HDrs have no ideas but natural health healer has told me his stomach valve is open.
Does any one have any other direction that I could go
THank you for your time

They are now  going to try cisapride.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  If he can't keep 10 ml of water down, how is he able to keep from becoming dehydrated?  How is he able to get enough calories?  I agree that he needs to be seen in the ER if he hasn't had any testing done.  The natural health healer sounds completely incorrect so I wouldn't go back to him.

I would take him to the emergency room asap.
