I've been having abdominal pressure for years now. It is relieved by a bowel movement, but sometimes, it takes multiple times of going to get enough BM out and to relieve the abdominal pressure. Then, the cycle happens again. What would you suggest?
More water and fiber (must go hand in hand). Strong Probiotic (at least 10 strains and 15 billion live cultures). Only get the ones kept refrigerated in the stores.
