Abdominal pains after Constipation bout (weird fleshy lumps?)

Hey, i'm a 17 year old Male

I've been suffering from incredibly acute abdominal pains since late October and now its January.
It started with SEVERE constipation. After taking laxatives i couldnt control my bowels and diaoherrea became a problem.

I saw a doctor who prescribed me with FYBOGEL, this helped incredibly, yet i was left with abdominal pains.

-Stitches in my sides, sometimes directly in the sides, sometimes in my lower back
- Centre Stomach pains in stomach through back; centre pains through my navel and centre pains through my lower intestine.
-Throbbing or acute stabs randomly over intestines
-Stools are sometimes mucusy, sometimes covered in blood (black and red), sometimes yellowish
- I go to the toilet at least three times a day with fairly large stools
-Sometimes in my stool I pass very large FLESHY lumps sometimes up to an inch long

This last point really concerns me, mainly because all the other symptoms might just be IBS or a stomach ulcer. But actual raw flesh of mine being deposited is concerning me greatly. This happens usually once every few days.

Is there a diagnosis or is there a rare condition i need to have checked out?

I've got back to see him before looking at your comment.

He's given me ulcer tablets called: Omeprozole
I dont think he thinks I have something that serious, especially considering my age, and i trust my doctor alot.

He's also booked me in for a blood test to rule out malnutrition (which he thinks could be the cause), diabeties and some other bowel and digestive related syndromes.

You need to have a colonoscopy to rule out polyps and cancer.
