What could this be besides strep or could it just be the step alone?

Hi, I'm a 16 year old female and have had a multitude of cases of strep this month and have tested positive for once again but have never ever felt this bad with strep. Last night as i started falling asleep, my chest started hurting and then as i woke up I started having severe stomach pain like someone was sitting on my stomach and a few minutes after I started having bowel movements and episodes of vomiting at the same time. I also checked my heart rate while standing up which was a little high. My head was busting and for some reason my big toe was hurting. I had a rash on my left foot this morning that had a tiny dot with red blotches spreading down but it disappeared by this afternoon for some reason. When I told my parents, I only told them about the vomiting and bowel movements because I was scared they would think i'm a hypochondriac or overreacting. I did however have an X-Ray done for my stomach pain which came back completely fine. A day before I was around a friend who had said she hadn't been feeling well and her bunny bit her not to long before and her hand had weird dots all over it. I also tested negative for flu. Could this just be the flu or something in combination with it?
