Are my symptoms related?

i have several symptoms but i do not know if they are all related. I started with being tired all the time, and then i had cramps around my intestinal area. i was then sent to a specialist with whom i am waiting for test results of a colonoscopy. (sorry about spelling). Now though, i have anal itching and vaginal itching. I have had my anus checked and was given hemorrhoids cream, although there are no signs of them, and have been tested for yeast infection, which was negative. I also get pain in my lower abdomen, lower than the pain from the intestines mentioned earlier. I get this pain after i pee after i hold my pee, and it doesnt go away for a couple hours.

The test results i am waiting for from the specilist is whether or not i have chrons disease

For the last two day i had had convulsions/twitching in my legs and arms which will move into my shoulders and even cause me to gag repeatedly, I went the the er and they said my blood work looks fine and to see my family doctor.

You should probably wait for all your test results to come in so that any conditions can be ruled out. In the mean time you could try some dietary changes and perhaps even an elimination diet where you exclude all potential allergens and add each item back in one at a time. Wait 3 days before you add each item back in. I know this sounds tedious and it is but you may be eating something that is deemed harmless which could be wreaking havoc with your system. I know you said that you had been checked for yeast infection and I am assuming you mean vaginal yeast as opposed to intestinal yeast, since there is not really a test for the latter. This intestinal yeast could be making you sick and the best way to find out is to cut everything out that promotes yeast. All kinds of sugar, refined flour goods, any kind of fungus (includes mushrooms) fruit juices, yeast found in breads and baked goods. I know this a a LOT but it is the only way to find out if it is making you sick. On the other hand, start adding probiotics to your diet and eat plain yoghurt and lots of fresh vegetables, whole grains, some eggs, fish and meat. You can use stevia in small amounts if you must sweeten something. Try this and see what happens...at best it might solve your problems and at worst, you may have deprived yourself of some foods but you will have cleansed you system in doing so. Good Luck.
