BABY POOPS SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE GRAPES

My 13 month old son has been pooping out something that looks like green and black grapes. I don't feed him grapes, raisins or anything that looks like this. He has regular poop but, what ever these things are that looks like grapes are mixed in with it. I am very concerned that it may be something serious. It even looked like they have a small stem or something when i open one it looks like a real grape on the inside as well. Has anyone had this problem? Please help it's not poop or anything he has eaten.

Have you ever gotten an answer? I know this is old but my 11 month old just pooped out the exact same thing as your discribing last night. I took her to the doctor and she said it looked like she just got into something she shouldn't have and that was all. Im still worried about it.

This does happen from time to time  I would not worry about it like your doctor said but I know that's hard to do when it's your baby.  Think about what baby ate past few days.  There are foods that come out like this, you know, like corn.  Yuck but true.  So, I'd not worry unless it happens more or your son shows other symptoms.
Thank you for replying. It hasnt happened since that one time so i hope it doesnt agin  I feel alittle better now but still on the look out. Thank you again
