Bad stomach and back pain...unexplanied. Please help

My 14 year old sister is experiencing Sharp shooting pains that shot into her lower back. We brought her to the doctor and had tests done. All the blood work came back fine and they also did ultrasounds to check her appendicitis which was fine. When pressure was applied to her back around where her kidneys are you could tell it really hurt. But according to the blood work her kidneys are fine. Also a while back they found that she had a cyst on her ovaries. They said it was kinda like having bubbles popping inside of her that would cause the pain. She may still have those but i just don't think thats what it is. She also says it gets worse after she eats but shes not having any bowel problems. I'm just so worried about her and she acts like shes in so much pain. So if anyone has any information that might help please let me know.

check into cysts on her ovaries or bladder infection...could be kidney issues, but i doubt it at her age.
