Chronic Nausea

I've had chronic nausea for a very long time now and no doctors seem to know what is wrong with me.  My weight fluctuates always from about 140 to 125 depending on how sick I feel.  If I feel nauseated, then I wont eat for days.  I am currently taking Reglan but it only helps once in a while.  Anyone have and ideas or words of wisdom?

Hi,

I'm 20 years old and for a while now I have been experiencing chronic nausia everytime i eat something. I'm actually experiencing it now as i type this and its the worst feeling. It can last from anything from 45 minutes to a few hours. At first i thought it was from something specific i was eating that i may of been allergic too but its happening pretty much everytime I eat and i do actually vomit from it on occasions. I always eat extremely healthy food so it has to be something to do with my body. I drink water to try and suppress the feeling but really it doesn't help at all. I've been reading up on it and have read that it could be a symptom of birth control, which i am on but i have been on it for longer then i've been experiencing this awful feeling. I'm confused, help?

Same symptoms here.  I've had acid reflux for over 10 yrs now.  6 years ago I was pregnant with my first child...I had a full 9 months of nausia and it never went away after that.  The only break I had was with my 2nd pregnancy....I did not suffer with nausia during those 9 months but it came back afterwards.  I had my gual bladder removed over a year ago due to extreem spasms...but the nausia and spasms did not go away.  Still having a rough time with the nausia, fatigue, dizziness and stomach aches.  Any info or help is appreciated

Hi,
I too have been going through this cronic nauis aswell. For me it's been almost 3 years now, not as long as a lot of people writing on the site but it feels like a lifetime to me. It's ruining my life. I don't know what to do anymore. I have had a ton of tests bowel scops, barrium swallows, ultra sounds, blood tests... everything has come back normal aside from very low B12 level. I have lost 20lbs, from 115 down to 95 and am back at around 100lbs, but that can change in one bad day. I eat but most things make me feel sick and give me diarreah. I have nausia everyday which makes working really hard and it's really hard to explain why I have to miss days now and again...
I'm not sure where to go next all I know is I have to get this stuff figured out because my quality of life has gone way down hill. If anyone has any advice I'd be very grateful to hear it and to the rest of you going through this aswell my heart goes out to you and I truely hope that you find out what's going on withy ou and find a way to fix it.

My daughter has suffered for 15 years with off and on bouts of horrible nausea.  No doctor has been able to tell us what causes it.  We are very discouraged.  Have you had any success with a diagnosis?

Have you looked at Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I've had the same prob as you for some time and I just had a colonoscopy to  rule out any bowel diseases. Also, have you been checked for a hernia?
