Bloating/blockage?

Hello for a year I have had dreadful digestive symptoms, have seen specialists, had scans and now been diagnosed with IBS.  I think I have some sort of bacteria or a partial block.
My symptoms....right side couple of inches to right of belly button feels like a fluttering/pulling sensation, also can get fluid and air on this side.
Left side horrendous amounts of fluid and air....all day long, right down left side (Dr says def bowel) like. booming sensation, very loud and fluid.  
Feel to me like there's some sort or block or even a parasite ? On the right hand side which could be blocking and making the air on the left side.  Or possibly bacterial overgrowth, although have had antibiotics and breath test showed flat line for hydrogen and methane gases.
Am desperate for help please anyone.  Thank you
