Blood after I wipe?

Hi, I'm a 19 year old female and for the second time in like 3 days I have found blood on my toilet paper after I wiped. Both times happened even though I basically didn't let out any stool besides one small bit. It's really making me freak out because I don't know why it's happening and I'm not feeling any other symptoms besides maybe a little bit of itchiness after I wipe, but it doesn't really last very long. After the first time it happened it felt like my stool looked thin but I managed to go once and it looked normal again. I can't tell if my anxiety is just scaring me into thinking it's worse than it is or what, any help would really be appreciated.

There have been some gas issues. Though I'm not entirely sure I have constipation. The two times I've had blood were the only two times I wasn't able to pass any stool. The other times where there have been no blood, I did strain a bit but I was still able to pass stool. I will check with my doctor as soon as I can though. Talking with him will also probably help in easing the anxiety that I have over this.

im thinking you either have internal hemorrhoids or you are straining so much that you are bursting blood vessels in your anus.
You should definitely be checked out by your doctor, but in the mean time you need to loosen and regulate your bowel movements.
Are you having some gas issues due to the constipation?
you need to drink AT LEAST 60oz of water a day. Start adding a fiber supplement to your diet, as well as eating more fiber rich foods. I'd also suggest completely removing dairy and red meat from your diet as those are the hardest things to digest and usually the cause of most peoples constipation issues.
Also, go to a vitamin shop or health food store and pick up a probiotic (10-30 billion live cultures) and take it at night before you go to bed, or an hour before eating in the morning (take on an empty stomach).
The itchiness may be from stool particles coming out in your gas and irritating the anus.
Keep the area clean and dry, any moisture there can cause the itch. Also, grab a mirror and check for any rashes in the area, if there are some, you need to see a doctor to get a prescribed steroid cream to help it heal.

The first time there was blood clinging to the stool, but not actually in it and basically a single drop in the toilet with most of it being when i wiped. The second time, there was none on the stool and none in the toilet. It was only when I wiped. I don't know what's considered a lot of blood on the toilet paper. It definitely wasn't specks but it wasn't like the toilet paper was drenched in blood either. It only took one wipe both times to remove all the blood. I do admit both times I was straining quite a bit even though I barely produced any stool either times.

And this morning I went normally (albeit the stool was loose) with no strain and there was no blood at all, but I definitely did feel a lot of itchiness that has dissipated.

Is there blood in the stool? In the toilet water? Is it a lot of blood, or little specks of blood on the paper? Are you pushing a lot to get the stool out?

Any time there is blood you should see a doctor. But the itchiness makes me thinks you may have hemorrhoids which are itchy and sometimes bleed during bowel movements. If I were you, I'd see your GP.
