Hi to whoever can help me. I have been dealing with a foul bad body odor for years now. I have very good hygiene and I thought it might be a medical issue. I went and seen two doctors and they both ran blood tests on me and the results were both normalNormal saline flush. I am even taking chorophyl and body mint; nothing seems to help. I barely leave the house because of this issue, because when I do it seems people are always coughing, covering their noseNose fracture or saying rude remarks about my odor. It is ruining my life please someone give me advice I can't take this anymore. Thanks alot
In long term I would consider a change in diet - avoid sugary foods, so try to cut down sweets (sucrose), dairy (lactose) fruits (fructose). Sugars are food for bacteria.
If you have bad breath you can have a breath test for Helycobacter pylori (but this, if at all, is probably only one part of the problem).
You can try with low-sulphur diet:

If you have smelly sweat (armpits) you can try some antibiotic ointments (ask in pharmacy). Bacteria break down sweat and produce smelly products.
