Bowel Movement issues

I am 27 year old female and for the past few years I have been having a lot of bowel movement problems. I only go twice a month...maybe...if I am lucky. I have recently been taking align and it isn't helping....I can't take laxatives cause that make me sooo sick. I have talked to my dr about it and he says...well everyone has different bowel movement patterns. When I do finally go...I feel like I am going to die...or maybe wish that I would...it isn't hard at all...but it is a lot and feels like my intestines are coming out with it. But once I am finished...my stomach feels soo much better....not so full and bloated. Please help...what could it be?? any ideas to what I could do?? any advice is appreciated!!

Something is wrong and you need to figure out what.  There are walk in clinics where you don't need insurance, and you might be able see a doctor that will take you seriously there.

I went to the er...they did nothing but take xrays and send me home to do the enemas. The doctor did not listen to my bowel sounds or anything!! He looked at the xrays and said that I was way full especially on the right side. I would like to go somewhere else but I feel stupid going to the er for constipation...especially how they treated me! Last night I took 4 milk of mag laxatives and I yet to go today. This is getting way out of hand and I feel like when a laxative doesn't make you go then there is some kind of issue there!!!! I don't know though what else to do

How long has it been since you took all that stuff?  If it has been more than a couple days then you need to be seen, maybe in the ER.

I am currently in nursing school so I don't have any insurance at the moment...If I can hold off until the end of the year then I hope I will have insurance and can do something about it... Thanks for the helpful comments...I will try miralax or something....fiber doesn't seem to help and the align that I have been taking...so I will just start trying something new...not sure what else to do.

You need to find a new doctor or a GI doctor.  Going twice a month is horrible for your health.    There are laxatives out there that won't make you feel sick you just need to find the right one.  You can try miralax or suppositories which are usually the most comfortable.  You need to get some testing done like a colonoscopy.  Don't let a doctor tell you that this is normal if you are in pain.
