Mild Diarrhea

I am 32 years old, male, never had gluten neither lactose intolerance. From 2 weeks to now I have been experiencing loose stools (bristol 6 to 7), some of them watery but with no pain or discomfort. No blood, no mucus, normal color. When I push my belly, I hear a gurgling noise as if it´s full of water. Even if I eat only bananas, apples, yoghurt and bread. What could it possibly be?
