Any relation to high BP/PVC/noticeable loud stomach digestions upper right abdomen?

Hello all,
New to this and here's my story....in November of this year I was chasing a possible ulcer issue causing bad indigestion and pain in the upper right side of my abdomen. (Gall bladder/appendix are gone already). I was prescribed nexium and the heartburn stopped but the loud noises and some pain didn't. Soon after I had an instant onset of heart skips and almost passed out. Didn't fully pass out but BP spiked and has been an issue ever since. After a four night stay in the hospital, every heart test I think possible(all normal), an arachnoid cyst was found in my brain. After chasing other things I decided for the frnstration of the cyst since nothing could be found. That was march 6.
The abdominal issues I didn't chase because well....I'm 42. Chalked it up to age. However now that I'm pretty much recovered fully and cleared by the neurosurgeon from that, I'm back to feeling the same way.
But since the surgery I've visited with cardiology again and the bp is still up. Meds have changed and so far, 5 month ordeal continues.
However with my symptoms changing.....loud abdominal noise and movement right upper side, bp usually 150/90 ranges, multiple bm a day and pretty dark, ear ringing and since November I've gained appt 30lbs most of which is in my belly....does anyone out there have any suggestions on what this could be?? I can't get into my gastro for about two weeks! Should I be worried? Is treating the bp and possible pvc symptoms only create issues?
Any info would so greatly be appreciated!
Thank you!
