Canker sores, gengivitis, incontinence, hemorrhoids

Colonoscopy looks good, negative on STD tests, including herpes. Dont know what to do next...
My GI says its nothing but my dentist says its definitely something a GI needs to help me with since it might be an underlying condition.
Ive had nasty canker sores in the inside of my mouth with fever and dirrhea.
That happens rarely.
On a common weekly basis, I experience fecal incontinence and sore gums.
Im a 29 year old male. What could this beeee!?!?!???
