about white stools

ok I had my GB took out 2 yrs ago..everything's been good since .except today. I went to go the 1st stool was brown.2 hours later I had a cramp, I went again was really loose. But this time it was white in color..I haven't had this happen since my GB was took out. Then I went 2 times after that kind of just water no color..I have no fever 98.5..i  took 3 Imodium. I could see it it was all white but it wasn't. Most of the time when we eat its 3 days till delivery lol. but not all the time. We had 2 big pices of white with white icing, the real butter chream.it has a lot of fats in it..we do eat too many grains I eat at least 3 fiber 1,s a day..when I had my GB took out my doctor said you can learn a lot about your stools .nasty as it sounds is very true..I know a lot also. But not today this was a odd devilry..thanks
