Cant understand my lyme report

I live in uk and tested for lyme with clinic in Germany but I cant understand the results. The ELISPOT is negative but the serespot is positive. The ELISPOT if more accurate than the Seraspot. The report came back saying:

You have tested negative on the Borrelia Elispot. Although you have tested positive on the Seraspot, I have checked with Dr. and because of the negative Elispot there is a chance that this result could be a cross reaction with a virus such as EBV, CMV, HSV1/2, Coxsackie, VZV and Parvovirus B19. Saying that, Lyme should be a clinical diagnosis so please don't rule it out.

Any ideas?

The EliSpot measures the activation of T-lymphocytes against lyme disease.

The SeraSpot  searches for antibodies to Lyme disease.

Cannot tell which one is more accurate as they are designed to detect totally different things.
They can both return false positives or false negatives to my opinion

Conclusion from a study titled: "Evaluation of a New Multiparametric Microspot Array for Serodiagnosis of Lyme Borreliosis."

--Our evaluation data confirm that new multiplex assay generations such as SeraSpot Anti-Borrelia IgG/IgM are reliable and robust test systems suitable for application as confirmatory tests for serodiagnosis of Lyme borreliosis--

Cannot rule out Lymes just basing it on the negative Elispot.
A clinical diagnosis, specially in the absence of a differential diagnosis,
should be helpful in making the correct determination.

My ultimate preference for testing is a complete Lymes and Co-infection Panel through IGeneX Labs in the USA, however,it is impractical for UK or EU patients.
