Chronic Nausea

I have had constant nausea for a year now,  along with diarrhea and constipation randomly.  Some other symptoms have occurred such as shortness of breath and chest pain but are random and usually not an issue.  I have had many tests including an endoscopy (upper and lower), gastric emptying test, capsule endoscopy, and countless blood work tests all coming back negative.  Any suggestions or answers would be appreciated, please help!!!
