Constipation

So I started eating healthier on the 27th of June, all was going great till about July 2nd. I have cut cokes on the 27th,
and pretty much all caffiene (except for an occasional green tea, and a rt44 cranberry tea w/sugar from Sonic). I also
incorporated a multi vitamin on the 27th, I took this for 5 days. My constipation started on Saturday, I had two burritos
from Rudy's bbq. I think it might of been the egg with chorizo.

I took a Ducolax last night, and feel like most of junk
came out, as some solids/mushy followed by ruins a few hours later. My question is I just ate dinner, I had beans with
some garlic toast (whole grains with honey) this was at least 6 hours ago, and I feel clogged again. I have been drinking at least 30 - 40 oz of water a day on the start of the 27th. My fiber intake was decent. Is it possible the yogurt cleaned out the colon and stomach, and maybe there was so much junk it clogged me up?

I have removed the vitamins from my diet as of Friday night, I will start drinking 1 - 2 liters of water a day, I used to always have constipation problems as a kid, I would go every 2 or 3 days, it was just normal for me. These past few years its been every other day. Can a sudden change in diet, with the introduction of yogurt and vitamins on a daily/nightly basis cause constipation if my body is not used to it?

If it helps any I am 25yr, male, 190 or so lbs. I don't get as much exercise as I should, but thats what I am working on, I am just confused before I started my healthy eating, I didn't have this issue, and now I do.

any ideas, help is appreciated.

If it helps my lower back hurts right now, like I need to pass one, but when I go sit, nothing
happens. Also since Saturday I have been straining to pass, more server then I have had before, can an introduction to a new diet within a week cause this?
