Contaminated syringe

As I was preparing my injection for my B12 vitamin in the bathroom, my 18-yo interrupted me because she needed to use the faculties real quick a few minutes later I entered, only for her to come running in the the washroom waving her arms at me, telling me to stop, yelling at me that she forgot to switch the needle out. That While I had left the bathroom for a moment she took a bowel movement and she accidentally knocked the syringe in the toilet, landing in her pile of poop. Which I unknowingly injected with, and now I feel very strange. Can someone help
