Diarrhea caused by anxiety?

Hey everyone, I'm 17 and suffer from Social Anxiety Disorder. I take Sertraline to help my anxiety and depression but lately, even with taking my medicine, I've been getting nervous around prople and getting diarrhea. But its not just that, after every meal I eat, I get diarrhea, or even the anxiety caused by the fear of having diarrhea gives me diarrhea. Is there anything I can do to make my butt go back to normal? Lol I've been told that taking vitamin b12 would slow some intestinal processes or something so I'm heading off to get some of that. Anything else? Should I be worried?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend talking to your doctor and letting them know that your anxiety is not under control and it is causing diarrhea.  They might want to change around your medications to better control your anxiety.
