Dr. Natura Colonix Program? Anyone tried????

Has anyone ever tried Dr. Natura's Colonix Program? There are so many detox programs out there. I'm not sure which one actually works. I have contstant bloating and my bowel movements are 0-1x a day. Thanks! :)

Yes. I have tried drnatura's Colonix. I can recomend it, but there are some points, which are important to keep. You must drink 2 liters of water, and curbe your sweet tooth, if you do these things, it will be very effective, it worked for me just fine. Of course you have to give it 3 months, its not going to do wonders in a couple of weeks, but if you keep to the program, it will, definately work.

no it wont. i had to do a bowel cleanse for a colonsosopy and felt no better, and saw no muoid plaque.

You were probably not doing it long enough, for a colonoscopy all you have to do is take something that will flush you out one or two days before the examination. This does not get rid of candida, parasites, and all the rest that does not belong in your intestines. It takes time to get rid of all those.

I'm just putting my opinion in here and I know that everyone has different opinions and that's a good thing!  I believe that a colon cleanse will only make you feel better if you are slightly constipated or because of the placebo effect (you want something to work so it does).  Other than that, they do nothing.  There are many dangers of colon cleanses like dehydration and other things that are not good.  This is also the opinion regarded by most doctors.

Yes, you are correct, one must drink at least 2 liters every day, normally, and perhaps a little bit more while cleansing anyway, otherwise it does not work.
