Elevated Liver Enzymes

Hi,
My background : I am 21 years old ,not smoking not drinking alcohol at all.
I do exercise with weight lifting 5 days a week . In my weight-lifting program i include 2-3 times cardio as well (running ) . I am taking for 2 months a protein supplement IsoPure Zero Carb  (Nature's Best).
Before two weeks i did normal blood test . I did not train or take any supplement for 3 days .
Date 20 March 08
AST:244
ALT:156
Everything else normal ( all other liver enzymes)

I did have an Ultrasound diagnosis  and everything was ok
The same day i did blood test again with many other checks for liver diseases
and the results
27 March 08
AST:61
ALT:81
CPK:660
(CPK was high because i did intense training for 5 days)
All diseases were negative

Another thing is  that 2 days after my first blood check (20 March 08) i was feeling chills and as if i had fever
but for like 4 years i am exercising its hard to understand when i am ill since i recover really fast
Do you think the supplement was the problem?
How can this rapid decrease be explained? ( i will have blood test again in five days)

Your probably fine.  Almost anything, including exercise, cold meds, suppliments, eating, etc etc, can increase liver enzymes.  My alt and ast area always elevated (alt: 80s ast:60s) and they have never found anything wrong with my liver.  I have had everything done, including a liver biopsy, which is the gold standard liver health test.
