Small painless yellow/white lump just inside anus

I have suffered with haemorrhoids and anal fissures for a while but just recently noticed a small (pinhead size) yellow nodule just inside my anus. It doesn't appear to have a head on it.
I have had genital to genital contact but no penetrative sex.
Could it just be a skin tag or cyst or is it more likely to be a wart?
