Extreme Nausea - Please Help!!

Hi everyone.  I am a 21 y/o female, and have been having nausea on and off for the past 10 months.  It had a sudden onset last May.  It has been very severe at times, to the point where I cannot move or eat without throwing up.  It is basically the only symptom I ever have.  (Occassionally, I get weakness in one or more limbs, tachycardia, as well as fatigue).  I do not lead a stressful life, so that is not a factor.  I have been to two different gp's, two cardiologists and a gastroenterologist.  I have had thyroid hormone and glucose levels tested through bloodwork, a head CT, a 24-hour urine catecholamines test, a heart monitor, and an echocardiogram - ALL negative!  I have been prescribed Nexium, which had no effect.  I have also tried Reglan (prescribed by my gastroenterologist), which only made things worse.  I am now on an anti-vertigo medication (also prescribed by gastro.), which is making me very drowsy and helping little or none at all.  I have three different prescription nausea medications, all of which make me fall asleep instantly, which I cannot afford to do as a college student.  Does ANYONE know what this could be???  OR anything I can do to get relief without the drowsiness???

Hey there:
I know the original post was in March and, hopefully, you will be fully recovered by now.  If you aren't, you might want to look into Domperidone.  It's been a Godsend for my nausea.
All the best.  Good luck and Godspeed!
