Cholecystomy , Recurrent Spasms,Irregular Bowels

I have undergone Cholecystomy in May 2007 ,under conflicting circumstances . There was RUQ Pain since Dec 2006 .The symptoms were similar to Gall Bladder Pain .But MRCP,Hida scan also
showed 90% ejection Fraction .Endoscopy was also normal .But After Surgery , The report was thick sludge ,adhesions all around .
But there is discomfort and pain increase /decrease throughout every day ,There is increase of Heart Beat 30-40 min after meals ,Severe Abdominal Gases, Pain .In general a lot of effort to pass every day .I keep on trying Prevacid , psyllium , Apples ,Green Tea every day .
Even CT Scan done recently showed normal .
I had a history of IBS and appendix was removed about 15 years back .

I have read a lot on this , some people think i am Crazy .

I would like to know , if anybody faced similar situations .Unfortunately i was very fit till last year .

I have got the blood tests done which does not indicate any abnormality in Liver,Pancreas.A HIDA scan is showing proper intake and discharge into the intestine
without any delay after eating fatty Meal .

But still there  is epigastric pain , high acidity ,dizziness ,nausia and now they want to do endoscopy .I have been having PPI for almost 8-9 months off and on , now i feel paralytic in my stomach ,yet there are spasms, pain etc .
Is Gastritis a occurance post cholecystomy .Does continuous PPI usage cause H pylori
infection to occur .

On the other hand coping up with post cholecystomy Diahrroa is another challenge

Unfortunately, there can be ongoing problems after GB removal especially when there are no true stones present and the HIDA scan isn't on the very low side. If you're having pain similar to the pain one would experience with a GB attack, then you may want to talk to your doc about the possibility of sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (SOD). If the common bile duct or the sphincter is spasming it can be extremely painful. In some cases, specific anti-spasm meds and a low fat diet might help, but in other cases it may be necessary to find out what is going on within the biliary system using a test called an ERCP, and if you have it done it should be done with manometry to measure the pressures within the biliary system.

You also need to find out whether or not your liver and pancreatic enzymes are within a normal range. If the tract is spasming it may be retarding the flow of bile from your system.

So you need to go back to the doc, talk, and find out what your next step is going to be.
