Eye problem

I have one question regarding tears I would be pleased if you answer this.

I wanted to know the causes of excessive tears or crying. I am very emotional person and I cry a lot and due to this I am facing one problem like my eye movement has been slow down and it is different for both the eyes. Hence I have noticed a little squint in it. When I try to focus on one particular thing the things behind it looks double to me. Also when I try to see somethnig very nearly my eyes just find it very difficult because the thnig behind it look double or just mix up.  I have also noticed that the white portion of my eye beside the pupil has also become loose and I can see that once I turn my left eye to right side  it(loose portion) slightly  accumulates  at the corner and same with right eye. When I open my eyes I found out that their postion is not in middle and I experimented this slowly with each eye I found their position at left (for left eye) and right (for right eye) corner but the moment I open my eyes they just try to focus on one point so they look normal. I am also not comfortable in dark and in sunlight.

I consult so many doctors about this problem but everyone said that your eyes are perfectly fine. There is no squint also. But I don't understand what to do because I know I am not comfortable when I focus on one thing.I really need help in it.

Please if you can assist me in this I'll be vey glad.

Is it possible you can't look into the eyes of a person if they're close to you because the muscles of your eyes aren't working properly? It's very possible your eye 'focus' can be perfect - so that your eyesight itself is okay - but if you're muscles aren't working in a coordinated manner you may not be able to 'see' properly.

If that's the problem, there are exercises you can do to try to recondition the coordination of the muscles of both eyes. The exercises are slow, tedious and somewhat annoying - and you'd have to keep them up over time - but if that's the problem it is possible to work with the problem.

It is true that I am depress for some reason but I am really facing the above said problem. And whenever I have tried to ask for help I always get such responses. I accept that sometime this happens but what if you are not able to talk to someone because of this problem. I can't look into the eyes of the person if he/she is close to me.

Why is it you cry so often?  Crying will not harm your eyes in any way, maybe just make them swollen and red for a bit, but that's all.  You say you're an emotional person, are you maybe depressed?  Depression can manifest itself in us in many ways, and fixation on a part of our body having a problem can be part of it.  Once, while I was under a lot of stress, if I was looking at something with a design, the design appeared to to be in front of what it was actually on, and it became a very disturbning problem because I became fixated on the problem and staring at things and this would happen.  Finally, I was diagnosed with severe stress and anxiety, put on meds and was fine.  Today is I stare at something this still happens, but I think it would happen to everyone when stressing their eyes like this.  I would accept that your eyes are fine, and move on trying not to dwell on it.
