Fatty nodules in stools
I'm not sure how to say this, way TMI and quite disgusting.
I found a fatty nodule the size of a large grape in my stool, it was fatty all the way through. Not sure why it was there, could not find any info on it.
Then I found another, but this one was filled with white powder that smelled sulfuric. Now I am really confused.
Anyone have any idea what it is?

No, I haven't been taking anything new. My diet and meds have been the same for many years now.
