GIARDIA

I have Giardia from last year in November. I took Zentel but I didnt pass(I took it alone, my mother didnt, but also I can say we are very hygiencal and I dont drink from ther glass or either)

So now 1 week ago I did the stool test agin and showed up again the same ”Rare cysts of Giardia lamblia”
Sympthoms are
  - diarrhea sometimes
    -the first thing is i lose wight, so me being Bodybuilding is very very dissapointing..

So now what i put in my mind
  Tak TINIDAZOLE (Flagyl) 2g once to kill them

Diet  -what diet should i keep?

I haers lots of storeis- garlic,onion . NO sugars,Dairy..

and maybe put my familiy at some stool test?

And see other doc?

See another doc if you have to.  Trust me many docs are close minded to this type of stuff.  Just dont give up.  You do have a diagnosis tho so your doin better than alota people
