Can breast cancer imitate diverticulitis symptoms

Presented A&E with constipation & abdominal pain; first time constipated & nothing changed in diet; CT scan DX with diverticulitis over 11 months & 5 hospitalization got sicker, more tired, can't walk more than 5 mins, pain in boobs, high BP, nausea & over months felt like was dying & finally DX stage III Invasive Ductal Carcinoma & Auxillary Lymph involvement & mastectomy & colonoscopy 18 months later DON'T HAVE DIVERTICULAR DISEASE; should upper GI & Colon Rectal Surgeon seeing IV antibiotics not working, BP worse done more tests as were aware of my mum's breast cancer 7 years ago feel 11 month delay my cancer progressed
