Has anyone been in my shoes

My doctor who told me that she would call me with my test results to my Upper GI Endoscopy.....She sent me a NOTE with 2 lines on it and she even got my medication WRONG.
And the thing of it is I didn't go to her for my stomach I went to her because I ended up in the hospital for an intestinal infection.
I'm so upset I’m getting another doctor.

I get copies of all my records from all the doctors I've been to.
I scan them in my computer and burn them on a DVD that way when I see any new doctor I'll have a copy of my records to give to them a day before my appointment.
