Help, im only 23 and have had a bowel problem since I was 18

I need help, I have been not been able to figure out what is wrong, I have been searching for years, I have had a bowel problem since I was 18, I just turned 23, I have to go to the bathroom everytime I eat something, sometimes all I have to do is eat one potato chip and I have to run to the bathroom, sometime I am constipated, I have been to the ER and they found out that I also had another problem one top of all of this, that was a urinary tract infection, but thats taken care of now, the ER doctor did a scan, and found that I am very backed up, they gave my citricel and told me to drink lots of water, that didnt help at all, they tested my blood its fine, I am wondering if I still have a blockage or polyp, or what it could possibly be, its not parasites I have been treated for that, I have a pain in my lower left stomach and sometimes in my solar plexus, I feel bloated a lot of times, no blood in my stools, I have to go to the bathroom every morning for very long periods of time and im constipated, my stools are small and mis-shapen, like somethings in the way, most of the time I can never figure if im done going to the bathroom, colon cleaners didnt work either, the ER also told me it could be gallstones, the ER wont fix me either, they told me I had to get a family docter to get a colonoscopy, I have a rectal exam, no problems with that, any idea at all what it could be, I am very worried about this and havent got the money for a family doctor, so im just stuck with this and if i never get money i'll be stuck with this for life, I would really love to know of any idea's of what this might be and how I can fix it, my diet doesnt seem to matter at all, nomatter what i eat, I always got to go, fiber doesnt work for me, it just makes me go more and more every 5 minutes and the stools stay small and its doesnt clear me up at all, that what makes me wonder if it is a polyp or one bad ordeal, 5 years is a long time to have this, plus I had that UTI for 4 years until it got cleared, if doctors wanna get good research on people, then here I am!

hi, you should go get tested for fructose, lactose, glucose intolerance, they are purely breath tests, also i would consider a blood test for gluten intolerance, cheers.

I am probably not going to be the only one who says this but the ER doctor is right you need to go along and get a colonoscopy. AS it seems your problem is completely with your bowels it is not going to get any better unless you have someone actually look up there and find out what the problem is. Did you get tested for H.Pylori? As it could be that but besides that the only choice you really have unfortunately is for you to get refered to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy. Also did you get checked over after the UTI cleared up to make sure that you didnt get any infection in your bladder or urinary tract ? Infection could also cause problems to your stomach. But really im just grabbing at ideas here, and you need to go to a GP to talk to them about it better. Hope this helps if at all. Hope you feel better soon!
