Constant for 4weeks

Hello, i am 25 years old. My stomach has been growling as if i am hungry all  the time the pain is just bellow the belly button,this is been happening for the past 4 weeks. I get gasses after i eat something and My stomach feels slightly bloated.When i go to the toilet it dark brown, not hard and sometimes has slight blood trace. i have never had a problem with going to the toilet. My sking is slightly itchy and get headaches once in a while and i have never vomit. Could you please advice me.

There may be other issues like diverticulitis or Clostridium difficile overgrowth, anyway, stool test is the first what has to be done.

The first thought is colonic inflammation.

The first investigation is stool test for blood, and antibodies, specific for Crohn's disease. Get an appointment with a gastroenterologist soon.
