What does this sound like?

I am a 26 year old male. I have been dealing with stomach issues since I was 18 so my entire adult life... I got my first colonoscopy when I was 18 it  came up as negative for all major diseases and my first Gastro doctor just suggested it was IBS and that was that... I continued to have problems getting diarrhea generally very quickly after I ate. It was and has always been a fairly random thing... I can have chicken one night feel great then the next have severe diarrhea. Sometimes I will go through a five day to a week period where I have no diarrhea at all and then sometimes I will get it no matter what I eat for three to four days. I take immodium when necessary but try to avoid it. I've also developed pretty severe gas pains/indigestion. I starting getting that when I was about 23. I have been tested for celiac's disease and that has come up negative multiple times. I got an endoscopy that came up with no major issues and recently got an upper GI and small bowl follow through that came up completely negative...  My new gastro doctor wants me to get another colonoscopy to see if I could have Crohns or at least be gradually developing it. I have been reluctant to do this as I had a very bad reaction to my first colonoscopy with vomiting etc. Plus on my first colonoscapy which was 8 years ago it came up as no Crohns. When he did a blood test recently he said it could be possible and was inconclusive. My question is does this sound like Crohns, IBS or something else I haven't yet considered? I really would like to figure this out as it has basically ruined my adult life having to deal with this. There was a small period while I was away at college where I would only get diarrhea maybe once or twice every two weeks which was rare for me I was doing yoga at the time so I don't know if that helped or if it was something else. I could really use some professional advice on this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

just because you dont have celiac doesnt mean you're not sensitive to gluten. Its definitely IBS, but thats not really saying much. You have to try and figure out what is causing the reactions. From my experience, doctors are pretty clueless when its comes to these types of disorders. unless you have celiac, crohs, or colitis, they call it IBS, wish u well, and send you on your way.
Here are my suggestions: First; eat clean. Cut out all the stomach irritants and hard to digest foods (gluten, dairy, soy, red meat, coffee). Second; keep a food journal of everything you eat/drink as well as how your bowel movements are. See if you can see any correlation to a specific food. Third; get yourself a strong probiotic (at least 7 strains and 30 billion cultures).
Doing this should help.
