Is this normal?

I'm concerned about a meal I had about two months now that I doubt it may not be prepared properly. Three weeks ago, I began experiencing diarrhea that only lasted for a day, and then came back at the end of the week. I have been experiencing this till now. Two days a week with diarrhea with stomach pain, especially at the middle of stomach. I was concerned that it may be HIV but fortunately it was not. Then, I am concerned it may be cancer, but I don't know. Any suggestions?

Are you worried that a meal that you ate two months ago may have caused food poisoning three weeks ago?  The meal would be long digested by now and not be causing the issue.  stomach pain and diarrhea are pretty common issues and no reason to jump to the conclusion of HIV or cancer because you have them.  If you are still suffering, it's certainly something to be checked out.  Hope you are feeling better!
