Severe Bloating
Hello! I am a 34 year old fit and relatively healthy guy. I am ranitidine 150gm twice a day and Colofac 250gm twice a day for IBS and a Hiatus Hernia that I have. I have been on a gluten free diet for the past month and am avoiding dairy also but I get severe bloating episodes that are quite frightening.
I get so bloated and I feel like I can't breath and this has been happening on and off for the past 3 years but seems to be getting more consistent and progressively worse. I don't drink alcohol very often, especially when I am feeling this lethargic and panicked.
Anybody have similar symptoms? Or advice? Just had urine samples and bloods taken also.
