L shaped stool

Okay, I have been to the Uroligist. I have recently been diagonsed with Prostatitis. But its like ive noticed my stool shape is L shaped. Some times S shaped. Is this somthing to be worried about? Ive been so stressed lately. Im a 21 year old male and this is no way to live. PLEASEHELP.
