LIFE INSURANCE BLOOD WORK SHOWED ELEVATED LEVELS OF ALT, GGTP AND TOTAL BILIRUBIN

I recently had some blood work for life insurance. I received the results and noticed I had an elevated ALTof  67U/L(with up 45 being normal range for lab),GGTP of 100 U/L(with up to 65 being normal range for lab),and Total Bilirubin levels of 1.5MG/DL(with up to 1.4 being in the normal range for lab) but all else looked good.I am a 40 yo male in good shape and work doing very active work and play in 3 softball leagues a week. I am 6'2" and weigh about 232 lbs. About a year ago after having some routine lab tests the doctor noticed that my bilirubin was slightly elevated more than usual, he says that I have run just a little over normal for years but everything else has always been normal. He also said that sometimes fasting will slightly increase bilirubin levels but he decided that he would like me to get an ultrasound to take a peek inside and rule out gallstones, all looked good and he said no worries. I faxed him the results to this lab work and he wanted to recheck it in 4 weeks as he felt it might be viral. I am on Crestor, Linsoprosil, Omneprozole and Testosterone Inj for low testosterone syndrome. I have been under stress from quitting chewing and was not feeling well about a week before this blood test and gave myself  a testosterone injection about 3-5 days before blood work. I stopped drinking beer about a month prior to test and went to hard alcohol because I didn't want the calories of the beer. I am not a heavy drinker and have maybe 2-4 drinks a week but sometimes dont drink at all for weeks. I am really bothered by this test and would really appreciate some outside ideas as to what might be causing the elevations.  Could the elevations in fact be viral? or could it be from the medications I am taking? especially the Testosterone? Please help! Thank you!

when they tested you how long did it take to get the results and did they call you and let you know of the results-It has been two weeks since I did my blood work and haven't heard anything as of yet. They called my sister whom I am putting on the policy after the testing and did a phone interview of basic family history questions
