Loose stool since last 1 month

Hi, I have always had kind of constipation problem, I had to eat something heavy in order to go to toilet.
About a month ago I started drinking whole milk at night before sleep. Then my BM was getting better, every morning I always had natural pressure.
Then I moved to Organic whole milk and I started getting loose stool. I thought my stomach is cleansing so it should be fine. But it remained the same for almost everyday. I changed my milk to 2% Organic  milk and my BM worsen. Since then I stopped drinking milk at night but situation is getting worse. Now I have to go more 4 times a day, very very loose, almost watery stool. Color is still normal but its just horrible. I always feel an urge to go. Sometime when I pee, I still see watery stool.
Right now my stress level is too too high, eating outside most of the time, I dont feel energetic at all.
I think it may be due to me eating outside too much and not eating healthy food.
I havent tried any over the counter medicine yet.
Please help.

Yeah it happens..out of the blue, like I remember the exact moment when I got sick.. I was drinking a soda and aboud threw up..never had a problem with soda before..

So usually it happens after an infection or antibiotic use..your system just wakes up one day and says "you know what..that bread she's eating looks like a bug or infection so mr. immune system attack it!" (then you get tired..anxiety..insomia..nausea..IBS issues..blahblahblah..)

so yeah i'd get to a doctor and tell them..and they'll probably send you to a gi specialist or allergist.  That's my guess BUT i'm not a doctor...but yeah something is wrong for sure.

basically your body is telling you something and normally dairy isn't well absorbed by the system so you might have some intolerance or food allergy without knowing it.. that's basically what i'm trying to say (it's an idea..)

you know it's interesting you mentioned this because i've recently run into the same problem.. I went off dairy and did improve somewhat, so I went out and got some rice milk (dream rice milk) which is really good.. and got royally sick off of it.. and i'm thinking..ok is it gluten? is it molasses or dextrin or something in it??

SO I just noticed there's 10 grams of sugar added to the fake milk per cup..that's a lot of sugar..you might look at the label closely and look for clues as well.  Could be celiac..but it could be because of the sugar and you might be fructose intolerant or slightly..so maybe asking your GI specialist or allergist or something about that and see what the offending ingredient is or go off fruits and find some no sugar milk and see how you do.  (could be lactose) but I think you at least have some form of a answer (also lactose/fructose and other allergy's cause low energy..anxiety ect..so be careful)

(not a doctor but thought i'd share that)
