Lower right abdomenal pain

Alright. I am 29 years old and I have no medical history.

This all started about 8 weeks ago?

I went to urgent care because I was having serious stabbing pains in my lower right abdomen. It started as stomach discomfort but after two days or so moved to my lower right abdomen.
After seeing two doctors they were convinced that my appendix was inflamed and I even failed reflex tests but other symptoms were lacking. I had no diarrhea, no fever, no blood in my stool, and no nausea or vomiting. My blood tests were also good so I was told if my condition worsened at all to go to the emergency room. (i checked in with these doctors over the next couple weeks as well) My condition stayed the same.

A month later I was still feeling the same dull stabbing pain though had lessened a little. Now my right side was started to hurt, super tender to the touch, my stools were small and had taken on an orange brownish color. My energy was diminished and my right shoulder and back were very soar as well. I went back to an urgent care facility, my primary care provider was in another state and three weeks for a new doctor was to long. The only difference in my condition now was so some constipation according to the doctor, once again urine and blood tests looked good. I was prescribed a laxative which would make me assume that though the doctor didn't know what was wrong he didn't think I had a appendicitis being it could make it worse if I did. These laxatives did very little to me.

Three weeks later I was able to go to a primary care doctor finally. At this point I was still feeling a little constipated, my right side was still feeling a dull pain (though it felt deeper now if that makes sense). I believe it's important to state that this pain never moved during all this time. Though when I was constipated it made it even less pleasant and made my stomach hurt if I had a carbonated drink or anything that would create extra pressure. My doctor once again gave me tests (blood, urine) and they came out normal. He then scheduled a CT for the next week.

I just received the CT results saying that everything looked normal. I am still experiencing the dull pain and I have aches on my right side and on the lower right side of my back. I am hoping I will get to see a specialist (my insurance willing) because this has been going on for to long. I had something similar happen to a friend which turned out to be a chronic appendicitis which after about three months burst and almost killed him. If that's what is wrong with me I need a good suggestion so that I might get it cut out once and for all. Really my ears are open for any advice.

Thanks, J
