MAJORR CONSTIPATION!

hi. im a 13 yr old female , that hass had been constipated severly for 4 mnths now. its verrrry hard, n especially my age, buh newaise what i want to know is a question bout what to do if you feel there is a piece of stool stuck in the rectum but cant get it out.

another idea is to (with doctors help..) try potassium suppliments - another trick I used was mixing miralax and cirtucel together, and drinking lots of water with exercise..

Sorry you feel so bad. Matthew is right, try the fiber and diet of course.
A fleet glycerin suppository will help a lot. It works fast, just don't use them for very long.

well not sure about the stool stuck scenario (just be carful not to push too hard or you could end up with a fissure *a tear*)

I would get on a product that you can buy at the store called miralax, from what my doctor said, it's harmless...at your age you probably want to avoid anything harsh like laxatives but give that a try (and fiber..citrucel the orange tasting one isn't too bad..)
