My son 6years old don't eat solid food.

I need help...my son 6 years old don't eat eat any solid food at all, It seems to me that he doesn't know how to chew at all. All his food has to be pureed before he can eat them. Please, someone help us.

Yes, but we've tried all his recommendations nothing is working

He may have a sensory disorder and cannot tolerate the texture of anything other than pureed food.  If you haven't seen a specialist over this, now's the time!

maybe if you stop pureeing them he would eat whole foods, ist the way you have fed him that counts ..does he eat other foods okay .?

to add a little bit of chunks in his food and also to see a physical therapist.
Initially he thought he will come around with age.
