Need advice post GB surgery...

I had my GB roved on March31st, 2009.  It is almost 3 weeks, and I must say I was doing very well.  I had no diarrhea, nothing. But this morning is a different story.  Guess it is due to me going on about how eating low fat foods helps.  but last night I ate something I shouldn't have obviously.  Yes this morning some diarrhea and feeling nauseated, and sweaty. Not to mention my back hurting..is this common?  I also have a headache which is very rare for me, I hardly ever get them.  I feel like I have no energy and just wanna lay there.  but I am forcing myself to get up and move around.  I feel like I should stick to my diet for more time and not cheat quite yet! : ) Can someone PLEASE tell me what I can take to feel better?  The doctor had given me some Phenergan prior to surgery and I have yet to take one.  Sometimes I feel as though I am about to vomit, but I don't...just nausea.  Anyone...what can I do? Drink some tea...I don't know.

When you say "ate something I shouldn't have", what was it? Was it something very fatty, fried, spicy...?

Just an update.  Before posting I did place a call to my surgeon...nurse said to take half a Phenergran...and stick to my low fat diet.  Perhaps I jumped the gun way to quick and eating such a fattening meal.  I took it and feeling a tad bit better. Took a bath and that settled my nerves.  It's funny when I read my posts and I always stress about sticking to the low fat diet....I think I should practice what I preach!

But if anyone has any feedback if this happens again, I would certainly appreciate it.

The backache...just some fyi here..has nothing to do with the GB removal and what I am feeling..just a female issue.: )

Funny thing posting to myself.  It would be nice if they could add some spell check and options for the person posting to edit in cases like this.  Or even deleting a post for that matter.
