i think i have ibs

I do belive i have ibs after looking up on the internet?

I cannot go to the toilet for a number 2(lol).

I had my first baby in feb o7 and while i gave birth to her i broke my tail bone.
Ever since that i cannot go to the toilet.
I get really bloated and cannot pass wind,i lose weight all the time and i have hugh cramps.
When i go try to go to the toilet i have this hugh ring that comes out while im trying and it feels like im going, but im not....Its just the ring coming out further.
I am constipated all the time and very rarely go to the toilet.
If i eat,i feel full astho i cant eat anymore even tho i just had a bite of something.
I have a lot of pain in my chest and i feel sick all the time.
I get really bloated and the pain in my abdomen is sometimes unbareable.
i have bben to the docots and i am with a specialist,i have had many xrays and enemas done and they are all coming back normal??

I  know there is something wrong so why are they all coming back normal?

To find a cause of bloating (gas) have:
1. Lactose-free diet for 2 days, and if you're lactose intolerant, this should help.
2. Low-fructose diet for 2 days (check my journals), and if you have fructose malabsorption, it should help.

If one of these will help, you can have official (breath) tests for both.

If bloating is in your upper abdomen, and it results in excessive burping, have a breath urea test for H. pylori (made by gastroenterologist).
