I have Gastroparesis, what is the best liquid way to get the nutrition I need?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Many people with gastroparesis will choose to drink something like ensure or boost.  There are many different brands and types of these drinks to choose from so you can find one that works best for you.

Thanks patient I've  found eletrolyte inhanced water has been beneficial as well. Just in the middle of a terrible "episode" so to speak....crap.....not fair my stomache and intestines can sleep but I cannot...thanks again!

Remember that electrolyte inhanced water will help you stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes, but that it doesn't have things like protein that nutrition drinks have.  I also have gastroparesis and am 100% fed through a J tube and the tube feeding I get is very similar to things like ensure or boost.
