Odd Chest Pain

I have noticed in the past month when I eat on occasion my food will lodge in my esophagus and sometimes it will come back up.  Most times it gets stuck at the bottom of my esopagus but continues to empty into my stomach.  Sometime this is very painful.  Now for the past week around 8 pm I start to have back pain on the inside of my shoulder which radiates into my right breast and into the middle of my chest between my breast bone.  Not sure how this relates to my esophagus.  I have made an appointment with my Dr but would like some relief in the meantime.
