Orange, oily discharge in stool after flu

I am 21 years old, and had a case of what appeared to be the flu, or a strong cold over the last week. I had a very sore throat, fever, very watery stool, runny nose, etc.

Now that I'm mostly over it, I'm finding small amounts of orange, oily discharge in my stool, and my anus is very sensitive/a bit painful to the touch. Is this an infection? Can it be a symptom of my sickness over the last week?
